Symetric hired Brandon from his co op professional student program (they get a tax break from the government – awesome!)
Brandon’s got 3 years of marketing, it will take him 6 years to get his Bachelor Degree, Masters Degree and his speciality will be Marketing customer service behaviour.
I asked about this tax credit – it’s called education tax? or co op education tax
I just googled it to see what it is, here’s the information (great for any business to take advantage of…)
The Co-operative Education Tax Credit is a refundable tax credit. It is available to employers who hire students enrolled in a co-operative education program at an Ontario university or college.
