WERF only pays up to 40% of the “disconnected notice or disconnected bill”
LEAP’s average limit pays up to $400
NEEF – pays whatever is necessary to maintain connection for utilities
LEAP CNP (Canadian Niagara Power) Fort ERie – Salvation Army is the LEAD intake agency for Fort Erie, Ridgeway and CRystal Beach
